It's not about mentally trying to fit into a certain frequency — the mind will never be strong enough to lock it in.
Our unique frequency crystallizes as the mental noise begins to fall away —the self-imposed mental demands, the moralizing mind that splits everything into good and bad. The compulsive urge to act and control life from the mental realm fades. The mental dogma about what life is supposed to be dissolves. And as we become more able to relax into the feeling of uncertainty, we start to welcome the unpredictable each morning — even silently saying, “I welcome into life that which I cannot foresee.”
Why This Training?
THIS IS A TRAINING DESIGNED TO HELP US SETTLE MORE DEEPLY INTO OUR INNER AUTHORITY, RECOGNIZE ITS IMPORTANCE, AND CULTIVATE TRUST IN IT.
To reconnect with our emotional nature and its intelligence, and to embrace the natural rhythm of the emotional wave as it moves from pleasure to pain.
To clearly see what our own mind truly believes about us — how it defines and recognizes us. To become aware of the inner games we play, to sharpen our perception of where self-deception begins, and to allow ourselves to laugh at it.
To relax into transparency and openly share real-life situations where we feel confused or struggle. Together, we will explore these moments through the lens of Human Design and your individual chart.
To identify your primary suppressed emotion — the one that doesn’t appear in the mental narrative, because it lies even deeper, beneath the story of lack. This is an emotion often so repressed that it remains hidden and inaccessible... and it needs not only to be brought into awareness, but also felt fully — with and through the body.
