Every generator is occasionally brought to genuine despair by this question, and some live with it daily, feeding their frustration. A mental answer usually does not bring satisfaction, and above all – the question "What should I do?" is not the right question for a generator.

A generator truly meets themselves only when they don’t know, when they allow themselves not to know. At that moment, they have no choice but to meet their own energy and follow it. Of course, such moments can be hell for the mind, which doesn’t easily retract its controlling claws over life.
The mind will always think it’s the one responsible for all the solutions and therefore refuses to wait for anything. And if it does wait, it will suffer. It refuses to relax into not knowing. Yes, waiting brings both mental and physical pressure — that’s true — and it’s often disrupted by something unexpected.
Want what is, and the mind will stop arguing with itself, stop arguing with what is. It will stop asking what to do, stop rationalizing inner emotional processes and moods.
Energy Response
This is a training designed for Generators and Manifesting Generators. The only way for a Generator to truly connect with their power and themselves is through their own energetic response to stimuli—not through an automated mental reaction. This training focuses on settling into your own aura and sacral area—the place of deepest calm in the entire universe. Highly recommended.
The sacral is the engine that generates energy for life. Without deep contact with sacral energy, we don’t feel truly alive or whole. We need to consciously engage with the aspects and mechanics of the sacral. We need to consciously experience this field so that, over time, what we become aware of becomes an integral part of us.
